Center for Ecology and Conservation Biology 2007 newsletter


The CECB newsletter for 2007 has a nice mention in it of my Naturwissenschaften paper, as well as a lot of other work being done at Tiputini. New facilities, too. Check it out.

    Hi Kari,

    My name is Chee Seng Chong and I'm working on ants in vineyards in Australia for my phD. Previously, I did a bit of ant research back home in Singapore. I've been reading your blog for several months. Anyway, I came across your subterranean ant paper but I just didn't realised the work was done by you (I'm really embarrased to write this down..)! It is really an innovative method and certainly worth exploring if I get a chance to work on Southeast Asia ants in future. It has certainly open doors to opportunities in linkage ants and soil function etc..
